Circumstances of Disappearance: |
 Unknown. Her photo above is shown age-progressed. Brenda was last seen at approximately 9:00 p.m. at her home on Windmill Hill Road in Bluewell, West Virginia on her son's first birthday. She left her car and personal belongings behind. Five and a half months later, her friend, 21-year-old Mark Anthony Cook (photo at right), left Pedro’s Bar, then located at Airport Square off U.S. Route 52, and also disappeared. Since that time, the Mercer County Sheriff’s Department has been searching for both individuals and believes their cases are related. Foul play is suspected, and her case remains unsolved. |
