Circumstances:

Jeremy was last seen at approximately 5:20 p.m. running down Pound Hill Road in Northport, Maine. He was in a delusional state at the time. Extensive K-9 searches have been performed but no clues have been found. His van, with his keys and cell phone, were found abandoned in a small parking area near where Jeremy was last seen.
