Circumstances:
David was last seen around 8:00 pm on October 7, 2001, leaving his home near 21st Avenue and Wilshire Drive in Phoenix, Arizona. His car, a white two-door 1994 Mercury Cougar bearing the license plate #NJL509, was located abandoned on October 11, 2001 near 18th Street and Washington Street. Foul play is suspected.
