Identifying Characteristics:
At the time she went missing, she had shoulder-length dark brown hair.  She has a slim build and a sallow complexion.
Clothing/Jewelry:
Breen was wearing a black leather jacket, dark blue jeans, wine colored sweat shirt, white T-shirt depicting a girl surrounded by lifeguards with her own face superimposed on the T-shirt.
Circumstances of Disappearance:
Unknown. Breen has been missing from her home in Batchelors Walk, Dundalk since the early hours of February 13, 1997. It is thought that she left her home in the early hours for a pre-arranged meeting with an unknown person, but this has not been confirmed and no knows where she went on that night. Her case remains unsolved.
