Jeremiah Claypool's tattooScars on back and chest from collapsed lung surgery, tattoo of a heart with wings and the name "Lindsey" on top of the wings on upper left chest, faded tattoo of the word "Harley" on upper right arm, tattoo of a cross on left arm, missing upper front tooth.
Clothing/Jewelry:
Black shirt, dark blue jeans, black loafers.  Possibly wearing a gold wedding band.
Circumstances of Disappearance:
Unknown. Jeremiah was living in Ludlow, Illinois at the time he disappeared and was possibly last seen on State Road 32 near Perrysville and State Road 63 in Covington, Indiana. His vehicle, described as a blue and gray 1979 Toyota pickup truck, was later located on September 6, 2005 on State Road 63 in Perrysville, Indiana. His case remains unsolved.
