Identifying Characteristics:

She was wearing green-tinted contact lens at the time of her disappearance. She has a ring of roses tattooed on her right ankle. She has pierced ears.

Clothing/Jewelry:

A silver shirt over a black tank top, jeans with silver studs, and black cowboy boots. Her boots were found in the men's restroom of the bar.

Circumstances:

Brenda was last seen on February 27, 1991 bartending at Carl's Bad Tavern on State Route 550 in Bellefonte, Pennsylvania between 12:45 and 1:15 a.m. She was last seen by patrons at the bar, speaking to an unknown man. She has not been seen since. The bar was discovered unlocked later the same day by employees reporting for work. There were no signs of a struggle, and no sign of Condon.  Her car was located in the bar's parking lot.

The following three composites feature patrons of Carl's Bad Tavern who remain unidentified. They visited the bar during the night of Condon's disappearance:

Caucasian male. He was approximately 38 - 40 years old in 1991 and was approximately 6'2 tall. He was wearing a bright blue down jacket and jeans.

Brenda Condon - Unidentified Patron #2

Caucasian male who was approximately 25 - 30 years old. He was approximately 5'8 and was wearing a black leather coat; white button-down shirt; and jeans.

Brenda Condon - Unidentified Patron #3

Caucasian male who was approximately 50 years old and 5'8. He was wearing a short dark jacket; dark slacks; and a brown plaid shirt.
