She has numerous tattoos, including a blue Playboy Bunny logo on her left hip; a black tribal-type heart on her lower back; two large red flowers, stars, a tree, and the initials RJ on her right forearm which extend from her wrist to her elbow (photos below); and the name Brad or Bradley in black script on the left side of her neck (see photo above). She has surgical scars on her abdomen and a dimple in her right cheek.
Circumstances:
Rachel was last seen driving a gray, 1995 Chevy Silverado pickup truck (photo below) in Woonsocket, South Dakota on the morning of November 13, 2013. She has never been seen again. She is known to frequent the Huron, Mitchell, and Sioux Falls, South Dakota areas.
