Identifying Characteristics:
A tattoo of a dog head in dark and tan colored ink on his left front shoulder, a tattoo of a dollar sign on his left bicep, and an appendectomy scar.
Circumstances:
Burt was last seen at his residence in Long Beach, California. Burt is believed to have traveled toward a destination on the south side of Yosemite National Park in the company of Steven Michael Clark (photo below). They were traveling in a white Ford Festiva (photo below) with Indiana license plates; the vehicle was found just off Highway 395 near the Nevada/California border. There was no trace of either man.
