Gray sweatpants, a Chicago Bulls black hat, and a black hoodie sweatshirt, a gold-colored chain with a Sikh symbol, and a silver bracelet on his right hand.

Medical:

Gary is diabetic.

Circumstances:

Gary owns and operates the local St. Paul Market & Rodeo Inn located in St. Paul, Oregon. He left to run errands for his business. He was last seen on February 8, 2024 walking on the St. Paul bridge over the Willamette River in Marion County around 11:00 a.m. His black Honda Pilot was found just south of the bridge with his wallet and keys left inside. His phone was found at a later time.
