Lisa was last seen at approximately 10:00 p.m. on July 19, 2003, her 37th birthday, in the vicinity of the 5400 block of Warrington Avenue in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She has never been heard from again. Hatchell is a United States Army veteran who previously worked in the Philadelphia Navy Yard.
