She suffers from Alzheimer's disease and may need medical attention.
Circumstances:
Shirley was last seen at approximately 3:00 p.m. leaving her residence on foot in the vicinity of the 8700 block of County Road 454 South in Henderson, Texas. She has never been seen again.
