Circumstances of Disappearance:
Maria CarrascosaHer photo at far right is shown age-progressed to 10 years. She was initially abducted by her non-custodial mother, Maria Jose Carrascosa (photo at right). Carrascosa is a citizen of Spain and took Innes there in violation of the terms of her parents' divorce, which prohibited her from being taken out of the country. Carrascosa was later located and arrested. Innes is still believed to be in Valencia, Spain, living with her maternal grandparents. Her father has petitioned for her return to the United States by the Spanish government, but they have not intervened. Her case remains unsolved.
