She has a birth mark on her right outer thigh. At the time she disappeared, she had two bottom teeth, small bug bite under left ear, and had a cold with a cough.

Circumstances of Disappearance:
Unknown.  Lisa went missing from her crib in the 3600 block of North Lister Avenue in Kansas City, Missouri, where she lived with both parents. She was reportedly last seen around 10:30 p.m. and reported missing 4:00 a.m. Her whereabouts remain unknown and her case remains unsolved.
