Circumstances:

Katrice is originally from the United Kingdom but lived on an Army base in Germany with her parents when she vanished.  She disappeared from a Naafi shopping complex in Schloss Neuhaus, Paderborn in Germany. It is thought that she may have been taken to the UK.
