Identifying Characteristics:

Her hair is graying. She has a scar on top of her right hand, previously fractured collarbone, previously fractured foot, appendectomy scar, a vaccination scar on left arm, and pierced ears.  She wears glasses with bronze colored wire frames.

Clothing/Jewelry:

A light colored T-shirt and dark colored shorts.  A gold Mother's ring with two topaz stones and a gold ring with a square cluster of diamonds.

Circumstances:

Janie was last seen at approximately 6:00 p.m. at a gas station in the vicinity of the 100 block of Veterans Drive North in Huntingdon, Tennessee. Her 1983 Lincoln Town Car was later located on October 13, 2004 near the intersection of Grooms Road and Bobbitt Road in Carroll County, Tennessee. She has never been seen again.
