Circumstances of Disappearance:
Jermaine was allegedly abducted during a scheduled weekend visit by his non-custodial father, Allan Mann, Jr. (photos below).  A Canadian warrant for his arrest was issued on the same day as the abduction.  Jermaine and his father may be in North America, possibly in the New York area.
