Francheska told Mishela that she was going to the store, and when their stepfather arrived at the store a few minutes later, the store owner told him that Francheska had never arrived. At 1:30 p.m., Francheska phoned her house, saying she was at the Great Falls with friends. She asked Mishela not to tell anybody and hung up. She has not been seen or heard from since.  Francheska had told a friend that she was interested in going to the Puerto Rican Day Parade in Manhattan on June 11. Friends of the girl have reported that Francheska had been dating a 22-year-old man, unknown to her family. The clothes she was wearing when she was reported missing were found outside her mother's house. The clothes were not ripped, and her shoes were not in the bag.  Mishelia also ran away on July 22, 2000. They are believed to be traveling together. They may be in the Bronx or Brooklyn area of New York City, New York. Their cases remain unsolved.Click here to print a flyer for the Martinez twins
