Circumstances:
On October 26, 2022 Minter was released from the hospital and was allegedly dropped off by his girlfriend in the area of 1475 Sawdust Road near a Walmart, 7-11, and Starbucks. He was last heard from via a text message to his mother on October 27, 2022. He has not been seen or heard from since. He is known to sleep in a tent or a homeless encampment.
