Navy blue dress pants, a navy blue all-weather coat, brown shoes, and a brown leather clutch purse.

Circumstances:

Cathy was last seen shopping in the downtown area of Portland, Maine where she had been dropped off by her father on Cumberland Avenue. She never arrived home and has not been seen since.
