He wears eyeglasses for reading but did not have his glasses with him. He walks with a slightly slumped posture and has sores on his face. He is balding on top of his head and has a beer belly. He speaks fluent Spanish and very little English.

A gray dress shirt, khaki pants, brown or black loafers, and a watch with a black dial and glowing numbers.

Medical:

He suffers from schizophrenia and requires daily medication. He may be incoherent and not know his name.

Circumstances:

Quintanilla was last seen in front of his home on River Road in Rosenberg, Texas on July 25, 2002. He has never been seen or heard from again. He did not have his identification or his wallet with him and carried very little money. Few details are available in his case, which remains unsolved.
