Identifying Characteristics:
Randy has scars on his right knee, the crown of his head, and above his left eye. He has a scar on his left elbow. A crooked letter "R" is tattooed on his forearm. He wore a beard on his chin at the time of his disappearance. Four of his teeth had apparently not erupted by the time he went missing, and he may have a crown on one tooth.
Clothing/Jewelry:
Blue jeans, a black shirt, and work shoes.
Circumstances of Disappearance:
Unknown. His photos are shown age-progressed to 43 years and 49 years, respectively. The police department dropped Randy off a couple of miles from his home and he has not been seen since. His disappearance remains unsolved.
