She was wearing a blue and white floral two piece bathing suit that had a pink bow on it.
Circumstances of Disappearance:
Unknown. Jewel was last seen playing in the ocean on a raft with her aunt while they and their family were vacationing at Jetty Beach, Saint Andrews State Park in Panama City Beach, Florida . The two were caught in a current and the raft flipped. The aunt was rescued but Jewel could not be found. Law enforcement believe that she was most likely drowned and swept out to sea. Her parents dispute this claim, and believe that she is still alive. Her whereabouts are unknown and her case remains unsolved.
