Circumstances of Disappearance:
Michael Tapley's truckUnknown. Tapley, a bus driver for the Snowflake Unified School District, failed to report for work on February 18, 2008 for his Monday shift. He had last been seen February 15 as he was leaving work.  On March 10, 2008 Tapley's wife, Gina, walked into the Snowflake/Taylor Police Station and said she didn't know where her husband was. In a published report, Gina said she and her husband traveled to the Midwest, she dropped him off at a casino in Kansas City, Missouri, and she hadn't seen him since.   Tapley was not a known gambler. MCAT officers and Navajo County sheriff's detectives investigated the Tapley home and property and didn't see any evidence of foul play. When Tapley's pickup (pictured above), which had been abandoned, was located by Missouri police, they found no sign of foul play in the vehicle either. Tapley has not been seen and his case remains unsolved.
