Black T-shirt, blue jeans, black athletic shoes, black coat, carrying a blue and black duffle bag.
Circumstances of Disappearance:
Unknown. Vernon was last seen between 9:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. in early July 2004 at a Greyhound Bus Station in the vicinity of 18th and F Streets in Bakersfield, California. The bus he took was headed to Carlsbad, New Mexico and his final destination was Corpus Christi, Texas. It is unknown if he ever arrived at either location. He has never been heard from again and few details are available. His case remains unsolved.
