Identifying Characteristics:
He has a tattoo of the word Mom on his arm, with a cross.  Tony has had back trouble and he has a burn scar on his left arm. He had a moustache the last time he was seen.
Clothing/Jewelry:
Striped shirt, wind breaker style pants and tennis shoes.
Circumstances of Disappearance:
Unknown. Tony was last seen at 215 North Elm Street in Charleston, Missouri. He had just been released from house arrest prior to his disappearance. A witness states that Tony was arguing with a neighbor who lived near Tony's sister and that Tony was going to look for this person about money that was owed. Tony has no personal belongings with him - he did not take a cell phone, money, or a vehicle. His whereabouts are unknown and his case remains unsolved.
