Unknown. Police suspect that Cedrika was abducted at approximately 8:00 pm on Tuesday, July 31st, 2007 by a man identified by other neighborhood children as being white and between the ages of 30 and 60. He had previously asked the other children for help in finding a lost dog and Cedrika had been looking for a lost black or black and white dog although she did not have a dog of her own. Her bicycle and bicycle helmet were later found, abandoned. |
