Circumstances of Disappearance: |
Unknown. Charles was working and back-packing across Canada, the country of his birth. Charles was reported missing when he failed to call home to finalize arrangements to meet up in Hong Kong for his 21st and his mother's 40th birthdays. Charles was seen in Jonathan Seagull's Bar and the Live Wire nightclub in the summer of 1989; he has not been seen alive since. His case remains unsolved. |
