 Dakotah's photo is
shown age-progressed to 19 years. His height and weight are approximations. He and his brother, Jeremy Martinez were
allegedly abducted by their father, Jose Luis Martinez Pena (pictured
at right). A felony warrant for Child Concealment was issued for
the abductor on September 5, 1996. Martinez-Pena is a White/Hispanic male and has a scorpion tattoo
on his upper arm. He is 5'10" and weighed 185 pounds, has black hair, and brown eyes. UPDATE September, 2012: Jeremy Martinez was found safe in May 2012, but Dakotah is still listed as missing. |
