Identifying Characteristics:
Neily wore a white beard and moustache at the time of his disappearance. He has a c-shaped surgical scar on the left side of his chest, running from his armpit to just under his left breast. He has a scar on his hip measuring 3" long by 1/4" thick, and a 6" surgical scar on his abdomen running through his navel. Four of his lower teeth are missing. He had stunted growth due to a heart murmur, and as a result, the size of his legs are not proportional with his body.
Clothing/Jewelry:
Unknown, but he usually wears jeans, a t-shirt, a leather jacket, and a hat.
Medical:
David has a history of mental illness.
Circumstances of Disappearance:
Unknown. David was reported missing to the Mendocino County Sheriff's Office in May of 2006. His last contact that is known was with a family member in mid-April of 2006. Newspaper articles found in his vehicle depict the date of April 17, 2006. David has a history of being out of contact with family members for extended periods of time. He was last known to be in the Fort Bragg and Westport, California areas. His two vehicles and his dog, Justice were found in Westport in July 2006. Neily's whereabouts remain unknown and his case remains unsolved.
