Identifying Characteristics:
Henry has a scar on his left lower back from older surgery to fuse his ruptured disc. He is right-handed. He uses his hands in waving motion when talking. Non-smoker. Non-drinker. Laid back personality, very friendly. Wears sunglasses outside. Sits and squats very straight due to his back problem.
Clothing/Jewelry:
May have been wearing a yellow or white and black polo shirt and black pants. May be wearing a watch and wedding ring.
Circumstances of Disappearance:
Unknown. On August 6, 1998, Henry left home to travel to Courtland to pick up some things for the grand opening of his restaurant "El Mansion Rio" which was to take place on August 8th. He returned to Sacramento by 11:00 a.m. and had lunch at 5-2-4 Restaurant on Northgate Blvd. until 11:45 a.m. Henry may have been at Home Depot at 3611 Truxel Road in Sacramento at approximately 12:15 p.m. An employee believes he saw him in the plywood lumber section with an Afro-American male, 6', well built and well dressed. It is unknown if any purchase was made or if any other person was with them at that time. Henry's white 1997 Nissan Pathfinder, California tag # 3VLP084, may have been spotted on the evening of August 7th heading south on 99 South, between Stockton and Modesto. Henry's car has never been recovered. His cell phone hasn't been used since his disappearance nor have his credit cards.
