Identifying Characteristics:
She has a small cavity between her top front teeth.  She has freckles across the bridge of her nose and one small freckle between her right thigh and pelvis.
Clothing/Jewelry:
Blue pants and a white top with orange flowers.
Circumstances of Disappearance:
Unknown. Jackie’s family discovered she was missing as they prepared for an outing in Shawnee County, Kansas on September 12, 1981.  She was last seen walking away from a Topeka, Kansas park at 4:00 p.m.  She apparently was being followed by a man at the time.  Authorities didn’t begin searching for Jackie until four hours after her disappearance was reported.  Foul play is suspected, and her case remains unsolved.
