Circumstances:
Unknown. Dial was last seen in Childress, Texas in May 1966. Dial joined the Air Force when he was 16 years old and sometime after he was stationed at Howard Air Force Base in Panama Canal Zone. He went home for a visit to Childress, Texas in May 1966 then he returned to Panama in June 1966. The phone calls to his family stopped by July 1966 after he told his family he married a woman from Panama named Elsa "Caballero" Dial.  It is believed that Dial returned to the Childress, Texas area sometime in 1990. He may be still in Texas and working in the gun trade business. One witness states that he spoke to Dial and that Dial had an oriental wife and two children with him.  Dials' current whereabouts are not known.  His photo is shown age-progressed to 62 years.
