Justin's photos are shown age-progressed to 16 years and 18 years, respectively. He was last seen at his residence at the R.L. Mills Home in Casper, Wyoming on February 15, 2004. His bed was found stuffed with clothes the morning he disappeared. He may still be in the local area. His father believes Justin may try to go to Swink, Oklahoma, his father's residence. His whereabouts are unknown and his case remains unsolved. |
