Unknown. Katie was last seen at approximately 8:30 p.m. in the vicinity of the 110 block of Cullen Street in Dewey Beach, DE. It is believed she left the residence to take a brief walk on the beach but never returned. All personal belongings were left behind except for the key to the residence. Katie has a medical condition and needs medication. |
