Circumstances of Disappearance: |
Unknown. Kerry's photo is shown age-progressed to 45 years. Kerry left from her home in Salem, Oregon and traveled to Reno, Nevada to visit a relative. On September 15, 1982, she left Reno to travel to San Jose, California to visit a friend. It is unknown if Kerry ever arrived in California. She has not been heard from since. NOTE: Johnson's entire police file was lost sometime after her disappearance; investigators do not know the whereabouts of her realtives, if she has any still living, and so cannot compare their DNA to any unidentified remains they find. |
