Circumstances of Disappearance: |
Gaudenzi was last
seen with her husband on January 26, 1995. She was on active duty
with the US Army at the time of her disappearance. She had just
completed boot camp and was scheduled to report for duty on January
27, 1995 to Fort Lee in Virginia. Her husband told police he had left
her at the Greyhound bus station in Richmond. She was never seen
again. Foul play is suspected. Gaudenzi's husband, Lawrence Gaudenzi,
pleaded guilty to second degree murder in the disappearance of his
wife, in May 2009. He was sentenced to 25 years in prison. |
