Lukas' photo is shown age-progressed to 7 years. He was allegedly abducted by his mother, Jeidy Aictza Rubiano (pictured below Lukas's photos). Rubiano had custody of Pokorny at the time of his abduction, and Pokorny's father had visitation several days a week. The couple never married. After the baby was kidnapped, his father was able to get full custody of him because Rubiano had violated the visitation agreement. Rubiano and Pokorny may be in Mexico; Rubiano is a Mexican citizen. A felony warrant is on file for the Rubiano. Their whereabouts are unknown and Pokorny's case remains unsolved.. |
