Circumstances of Disappearance: |
Kyles was reportedly last seen
getting into a black Pontiac Vibe on Portage Street in Kalamazoo on
September 8, 2007. Prior to her disappearance she called her daughter
LaJoya Newton several times daily to check in on her and her
11-year-old grand-daughter. Police had hoped Kyles' food-stamp card
would have been helpful in tracking her whereabouts. Unfortunately
the card had not been used since her disappearance. Police have
said that Renee's disappearance is highly suspicious. Renee's
daughter, LaJoya Newton, and Renee's sister Angelia Ridley found
Renee's Toyota Camry in the 1900 block of Portage Street on September
19, 2007 on Renee's 54th birthday. |
