Circumstances of Disappearance: |
Unknown. Kemp was last seen at his residence in Mission Viejo, California, on June 18th, 2009 at approximately 1:00 p.m. It is believed that he has since traveled to Catalina Island where his current whereabouts are unknown. Law enforcement on Catalina Island located Kemp's personal items on the Catalina Express boat which left the Dana Point Harbor at 7:45 a.m. on June 19, 2009, and Kemp was nowhere to be found. A Missing Person's Report has been initiated and the Orange County Sheriff's Department is requesting the public's assistance in locating Kemp. His disappearance is suspicious and remains unsolved. |
