Circumstances of Disappearance:

Asghari, who recently had a liver transplant, left his Fairfield Way home without taking his required medication including his anti-rejection medication at 3:30 p.m., according to Missing Persons Section detectives. Asghari may have taken the Long Island Railroad to New York City.  He may not be carrying any identification.
