Circumstances of Disappearance:

The child's descriptive information pertains to when the child went missing, at the age of 3. The child's photo was taken after he went missing. Sean was allegedly abducted by his mother, Svetlana Stepnaya (pictured at right). A felony warrant for Kidnapping was issued for the abductor on June 3, 2004. They are believed to be in Russia. Svetlana may use the alias name Lana K. Morrow.
