Circumstances of Disappearance: |
Unknown. Tavia's photo is shown age-progressed to 38 years. She was last seen on December 31, 1985 in Pensacola, Florida. She left to go to a New Year's Eve party and never returned. Bailey's mother stated that her daughter had emotional and behavorial problems and had spent time in group homes. She had run away several times, once travelling as far as New York City, but she always kept in touch with her mother. After she disappeared in December 1985, she never contacted her mother again. She may be in the company of an unknown black male. Foul play is suspected in her case. Many agencies give the date of her disappearance as January 23, 1986. |
