Glasses with brown plastic frames with thick lenses. May have a mustache or goatee. Small horizontal scar on throat, small round scar on lower right side of back, small round scar on lower left side of back

Possibly wearing a gold chain necklace with a gold cross pendent.
Medical:
Troy requires medication for numerous unspecified medical conditions. He is classified as disabled.
Circumstances of Disappearance:
Unknown. Troy was last seen at approximately 1:00 a.m. at his residence in the vicinity of the 1300 block of Meadowcreek in Irving, Texas on February 1, 2004. On February 2, 2004, His white, two-door, 1989 Pontiac Grand Am was found wrecked and abandoned in New Mexico on Highway 10, near mile marker #69. The keys were in the ignition, and the engine was still running. His case remains unsolved.
