Victoria was wearing black and white running shoes, black leotards, a black velvet pleated skirt, an army green colored "Hanna Montana" T-shirt that had pink stitching with a hood, a black "Hanna Montana" winter coat with a hood trimmed with white fur, a black head hand.  She was carrying a purple colored "Bratz" bag.  She was wearing butterfly earrings.

Circumstances of Disappearance:

Victoria is a Grade 3 student at Oliver Stephens Public School. A Security video taken from a high school up the street from Victoria's shows what investigators have confirmed is the missing child walking with a person of interest on Fyfe Avenue. The video was shot at about 3:32 pm April 8, 2009, and it's the last known sighting of Victoria. The person of interest is described as a white female aged between 19-25, 5'1 to 5'2 in height and weighing approximately 120-125lbs . She has straight long black hair worn in a pony tail. She was wearing tight black jeans and a white puffy winter jacket.
