The next day, the car was ticketed for a parking violation on Laguna Canyon Road not far from the Sawdust Festival grounds. On July 26, it was impounded, with his wallet in it and all of his identification. Detectives found a Disneyland ticket dated July 20 in the car, although it isn't clear if Henry went there. He may have been seen during the week of August 3rd, 1998 in Fontana, California, where he had attended trucking school. It is possible that Bill could be disoriented. His case remains unsolved.
