Identifying Characteristics:

He has a scar in the area of his left eyebrow. His head was shaved at the time he disappeared. Bilet had started a new medication and may have become disoriented.

Circumstances:

Bilet was last seen on October 22, 2004. He had left his mother's home in Woodinville, Washington the day before to travel to Sisters, Oregon to apply for a job and visit a friend. He was driving his black 1988 Chevrolet truck (pictured below). He called his friend from a payphone at 3:00 a.m. on October 22, saying he was lost. He stopped at a Chevron gas station in Morton, Washington, to ask for directions, then drove east on Highway 12 to Randle, Washington, and turned onto Forest Service Road 25, traveling south. He has never been seen or heard from again. His truck was found abandoned later, apparently stolen and stripped for parts.
