Circumstances:
Bosma left on foot from a group home in Kelowna, British Columbia, Canada to go for a walk around 9:00 pm on January 9, 2006. He was to be back by 11:00 p.m., but he never returned. The last contact with Bosma was around midnight that evening when he used his ATM card at Jammer's Cold Beer and Liquor Store on Highway 97.
