He has the following tattoos: a nude woman on his lower right arm, the letters "Ph" on his upper left arm, and the letters "Jn" or "Jh" on his lower left arm.

Circumstances:

Grant was last seen in Lincoln, Nebraska on October 17, 1992. He has never been heard from again. Grant frequented homeless shelters and open-door missions at the time of his disappearance. Few details are available in his case. Fremont, Nebraska police are investigating.
