Circumstances:

Jackie and her older sister Cynthia Ardina Leslie (photo below) were last seen walking together down Baseline Road near Power Road on July 31, 1974 in their hometown of Mesa. They were going to see a friend who lived three blocks away from their home in the Desert Shores Mobile Home Park. They never returned home and have not been seen since. Foul play is suspected.
