Identifying Characteristics:
She has a linear abdominal scar, both of her ears are pierced, and she has a piercing in her right eyebrow. She has tattoos of red flames with the name Kev on her upper arm, a tattoo of her name, Risha, on her wrist, a tattoo of the name Jamie on her calf, and a tattoo of vines or barbed wire on the small of her back. Clothing/Jewelry:
She wears contacts. She was wearing a gold rope necklace with a pendant that says "Mommy and Me" on it, and a gold rope bracelet.
Circumstances:
Lewis left her home on Moorehouse Drive in New Castle, Delaware and went to visit a friend in the 200 block of West Pulaski Highway in Elkton, Maryland. At approximately 1:30 a.m. Risha called home and stated she was on her way back, but she never arrived. Her car was found on October 17, 2006 in Newark, Delaware.
